Independent providers

Providers list and supply their services as independent businesses. Thailand2for1 is the promotional and marketing platform and does not operate or deliver most listed travel, accommodation, tour or activity services.

Thailand2for1 operates as a promotional directory connecting travellers with independent providers offering 2-for-1 promotions. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their offers, availability, fulfilment, required licences, permits and insurance, and for completing any reservation or payment directly with the customer. Thailand2for1 does not act as the provider of the advertised service and does not collect customer payment in Promotional Voucher Directory Mode.

Provider responsibilities

Each provider is responsible for accurate listing information, honouring confirmed bookings, customer safety, service delivery, and holding all licences, permits, registrations and insurance required for its business and activities.

Acknowledgement before publishing

Before an offer is published, the provider must confirm the following acknowledgement in the provider portal:

“I confirm that I am authorized to offer this promotion, that the information and availability I provide are accurate, and that I am responsible for any licences, permits, insurance, reservations, payments and fulfilment required for my service.”
