Our role

Thailand2for1 operates as a promotional directory connecting travellers with independent providers offering 2-for-1 promotions. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their offers, availability, fulfilment, required licences, permits and insurance, and for completing any reservation or payment directly with the customer. Thailand2for1 does not act as the provider of the advertised service and does not collect customer payment in Promotional Voucher Directory Mode.

The provider named on each offer is the supplier and operator of the advertised service. Thailand2for1 does not operate or deliver most listed services. Each provider is responsible for delivery and for any licences, permits, registrations and insurance required for its business.

Coupon, reservation, payment and fulfilment

• Coupon claim: claiming a coupon on Thailand2for1 gives you access to the advertised 2-for-1 promotional offer. It is not a reservation and it is not a payment.
• Reservation: any required reservation, date, time and final availability are agreed directly with the independent provider.
• Payment: while Promotional Voucher Directory Mode is active, Thailand2for1 collects no customer payment. You pay the provider directly.
• Fulfilment: the provider delivers the service and sets its own conditions, capacity and cancellation rules.

Important: Claiming a Thailand2for1 coupon does not create a reservation. The coupon gives access to the advertised promotional offer only. You must contact the provider directly to confirm availability, make any required reservation and arrange payment.

Your responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate booking details, follow the provider’s reasonable safety and participation instructions, and check the offer’s requirements before booking. The provider is responsible for performing the booked service as described.
